To The Powell Family
I loved Momma Faye, and I believe anyone who knew her could not help but Love, her kindness, generosity, Beautiful face with those big brown eyes. She was an incredibly Kind Sweet person.
Momma Faye took me in when I was down and out and at my lowest point in life. She had never met me, but her Baby girl and my new best friend in the early 70's brought me home, knowing her Mothers Kind heart. I felt a bit like a stray mut with no home, family or hope. and very lost. My own Momma had just passed, and I was freshly divorced, newly pregnant, lonely and hurting. She fed, housed me, comforted me gave me much Love and Advice. The entire Powell family opened up their hearts to me all these years , including me at any of their gathering when I was around just like a member of the Family. Faye and her Kids and Grands were as close as any family could be. So much Love. I owe more than anyone knows to Her and her family, and her Baby Girl My Friend Jonna. I will miss her greatly along with all who ever knew her.
What a Dear-Dear person. It is the hardest thing we got through here on earth, to live on without our Loved one's who go on before us. Faye now has her Glorified Body, that will live on for eternity in the arms of Jesus, as she awaits us to join her.
My Dear Powell Family with the same name as Mine, Thank you For sharing Your lives, and Your Dear Momma with me.
Prayers of Strength, and Love from Jesus and I to all of you.

Faye, as I've known her, was a very sweet lady. I've known her children for over 40 yrs. Her daughter & I are best friends. I was always welcomed at family events & holidays. Like Faye I love gardening, she shared her flowers & knowledge with me. God has a beautiful soul in heaven; she'll be tending his gardens. Love you Mama Faye!
