Gale was perhaps a rare mix of the highest qualities one can find in a human being. She was solid as a rock, cheerful even in the hardest of times with a beautiful, loving, caring heart and a relentless spirit. I drew from her strength and oh that generous, gregarious laugh that would light up a room!!! When going through troubled times myself, this is how Gale cheered me on..she said.." Life is like a book of chapters..If a horrifying one has started, then just hang on because its sure to end..and another one will start..Just hang on". She was the best friend one could have...she was like a mom to me..Hardly a day wnet by when I didn't wonder how she and Charles were doing. I know she is in a much better place now!
