Robert William Hicklin, Sr., 60, of Lawrence, KS passed away Fri., May 26, 2017 at his home. Visitation will be from 11 am, to 1 pm, on Wed., May 31, at the Alden-Harrington Funeral Home in Bonner Springs, KS and Graveside Committal services will be 1:30 pm, Wed. May 31, at the Bonner Springs Cemetery. Robert was born Oct. 9, 1956 in Kansas City, KS and was a graduate of Washington High School in 1974. he later attended Pittsburg State University, Emporia University and Kansas State University. He had worked for the E.P.A as a Chemical Engineer for many years. he is survived by his three sons Robert W. Hicklin,II (Allie) of Cambridge, MA; Thomas C. Hicklin and Jacob T. Hicklin both of Lawrence, KS. Three sisters Barbara G. Vandenberg; Janet R. Berry and Noda D. Hileman. And one brother Jack W. Hicklin, JR.
