Jesse James Aldrich, 29, of Linwood, KS died Saturday, June 13, 2015. Graveside Funeral Services will be at 10 AM, Fri., June 19 at the Silent City Cemetery in DeSoto, KS. Friends may call at the visitation from 5 to 8 PM, Thurs., evening, June 18, at the Alden-Harrington Funeral Home in Bonner Springs, KS. The family suggests memorial contributions to assist with funeral expenses in care of the funeral home. Jesse was born on October 15, 1985 in Kansas City, KS and was a long time resident of Linwood, KS. He had recently been living in Rockport Texas with his fiancé Casey and their young son Weston. He was a very hard worker and loved working as a mechanic, repairing all types of things. He had won many arm wrestling and pool tournaments through the years. But most of all he loved his family and the Lord. Jesse was preceded in death by his stepfather Bud Wilson in 2011 and his uncle Justin Wilson on June 13, 2015. He is survived by his fiancé Casey and their son Weston of the home, his mother Vicky Aldrich-Wilson of Linwood, KS and Alan Veatch of Lawrence, KS. Three brothers Zack Wilson and Willie Wilson of Basehor, KS; Jacob Veatch of Lawrence, KS; three sisters Brandy Wilson and Rachel Wilson of Linwood, KS and Misty Wilson of Basehor, KS. His maternal grandmother Ima Jean Aldrich of Gardner, KS and paternal grandparents Sharon and Rich Cook of Wichita, KS.
