Edwin Rex Fuller, the son of Rex and Charlotte (Beals) Fuller was born on January 1, 1960, in Salina, KS, and entered his heavenly home from his office in Bible Baptist Church in Bonner Springs, KS, on May 1, 2015, at the age of 55 years and four months. Ed graduated from Bible Baptist High School in 1978 and from Baptist Bible College in Springfield, MO, in 1982. He also received a degree from Heritage Baptist College in Little Rock, AR, in 2007 and a Doctor of Theology degree from Salt Lake Baptist College in Salt Lake City, UT, in 2010. He co-authored a book, Walking in the Light, with his father in 2011.

Ed was united in marriage to Sandra Kay Austin on May 24, 1980. God blessed their union with three children, Shaleena, Sharlotte, and Spencer. Ed served as assistant pastor to Bro. Bill Brewer at Bible Baptist Church and as pastor of Flint Hills Baptist Church in Osage City, KS. Their family then served as missionaries to Papua New Guinea. Ed was critically ill with cerebral malaria when they returned to America.
He then became the pastor of Bible Baptist Church in Bonner Springs for six years and then returned to Papua New Guinea for six years. They came back to Bonner Springs in 2003 and served the church until God called Ed home.

Ed was preceded in death by his father-in-law and mother-in-law Lowell Austin and Sharon Austin-Wade. He is survived by his parents, his wife, and their three children: Shaleena Quinlan (Micheal) of Overland Park; Sharlotte Swisher (Nathan) of DeSoto; Spencer Fuller (Melissa) of Bonner Springs; grandson William Weston; Sister Lucinda Metsinger (Kevin) of Shawnee; Brother-in-law Richard Austin (Denise) of Baldwin City; and Sister-in-law Kris Chiles (Brian) of Bonner Springs.

The family requests memorials to Bible Baptist Church in lieu of flowers. Funeral services will be at Bible Baptist Church, 426 Emerson, Bonner Springs, KS, Thursday, May 7, at 2:00 p.m. Viewing will be at the church between 12:00 and 2:00. Graveside service will be at the Mt. Liberty Cemetery, 5 miles west of Oak Hill, KS, on Friday, May 8, at 1:00 p.m.
