Evelyn F. Tribble, age 94, of Kansas City, KS., passed away on Thursday, May 11, 2017. Visitation 10-11am, Funeral 11am Wednesday, May 17, at the Alden-Harrington Funeral Home. Burial to follow in the Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Kansas City, KS. Memorial Contributions can be made to the London Heights Baptist Church.
Evelyn was born on July 23, 1922 in Linwood, KS. She was married to Stephen Tribble, Sr. and he proceeded her in death. Evelyn was a homemaker all of her life, raising their children in her loving home. She was a member of the London Heights Baptist Church in Kansas City, KS.
Evelyn was also preceded in death by three children; Joseph A. Tribble, Stephen Tribble, Jr. and Agnes Yates, two brothers; Claude Robinson and “Jack” Bedsaul, and several grandchildren.
Survivors include her four sons; Bob Alderman, Jr. (Shirley) and Larry Alderman (Beth) all of Kansas City, KS., Douglas Tribble (Sherri) of Bronson, KS., and Brian Tribble of the home. Five daughters; Betty Collins (Tom) of Kansas City, MO., Lila Harbit (Hollis) of Windsor, MO., Carlie Prettyman (Larry) of Raytown, MO., Stephanie Elliott (David) of Bronson, KS., Cindy McDowell (Dan) of Fort Scott, KS., 32 grandchildren, 50+ great-grandchildren and even more great-great-grandchildren.
