Donald R. McCully, Jr., age 80 of Kansas City, Kansas passed away on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at the Presbyterian Manor in Kansas City, Kansas. Visitation will be from 2 to 3 p.m. with a memorial service starting at 3 p.m. on Sunday, May 15, 2016 both at the Alden-Harrington Funeral Home in Bonner Springs, KS. Memorial contributions can be made to the Kansas City Hospice or Crosslines Community Outreach, Inc. both in care of the funeral home.

Don was born on March 5, 1936 in Kansas City, Kansas to Mildred and Donald McCully, Sr. He was preceded in death by his parents and in 2013 one grandson Clayton McCully. He is survived by his wife Roberta McCully of the home, two children Dana Parks (Lorne), Bryan McCully (Diana), three grandchildren Megan Moore (Ryan), Meredith Parks, Wade Parks, and a great-granddaughter Maylee. One sister Janice Boor of Reno, NV., three nephews Scott, Tim and Doug Reynolds as well as many friends.
