Timothy Edward Brown, age 50, of Lawrence, Kansas passed away on Monday, October 17, 2022 at his home while surrounded by his loving family. A Celebration of Tim’s life will be Friday, October 21st from 6pm until whenever at the De Soto VFW, 33725 W. 84th St. De Soto, KS. 66018. Memorial Contributions can be made to Crossroads Hospice.
Tim was born on June 4th, 1972 in Olathe, Kansas and was the youngest of two children born to Eldon & Joyce (Cowan) Brown. Tim was raised in De Soto and graduated from De Soto High School in the Class of 1990. He was a hard worker and took pride in caring for properties. Tim loved fishing, camping, watching KU Basketball and the Kansas City Chiefs. He enjoyed get togethers with his family and friends, especially if he was grilling out for everyone. Tim loved to spend time with his kids and grandkids.
He was preceded in death by his mother Joyce Brown.
Survivors include his wife Tonya Brown of the home. One son Timothy E. Brown, Jr. of Oklahoma City, Ok. As well as Megan Wellman, Josh Shorten and wife Hailey Shorten and Tucker Meyer. One sister Tina Gray and her husband Ron, Niece Brittany Showalter, Nephew Wyatt Gray and his father Eldon Brown all of De Soto KS and four grandchildren: Bentley, Alyssa, Kaison and Raelynn.
