Teresa Marie Womack, age 70, of Bonner Springs, Kansas passed away on Thursday, March 11, 2021. She was born on September 22, 1950 in Kansas City, Missouri to Leonard “Bunker” & Leonarda “Lila” (Jaime) Jester and was raised in the Rosedale area of Kansas City, Kansas where she attended Rosedale High School. Teresa married Charles “Dale” Womack on December 27, 1986 at the Stoney Point Christian Church in Kansas City, Kansas and together they made their home in Bonner Springs. She enjoyed gardening and had a wonderful garden for several years and collecting Angels. Teresa worked at General Motors for 20 years before retiring in 1997. Teresa was preceded in death by her parents and in 2019, by her husband Charles “Dale” Womack. Survivors include her daughters Sandra West, Ashley Womack and Renee Lewis, son Chip Lewis and son-in-law David Painter. Seven Grandchildren: Tia, Clifford, Kristina, Madelyn, Randa, Cassidy, Owen III, and two great-grandsons Tommy & Gene. Siblings: Diane Lawrence, Vince Ruiz, Elizabeth Jester, Donald Jester, Amelia Crihfield, and Jurea Jester Burchell. Her Family is planning a celebration of her life at a later date.
