Our beloved Paula Jeanne Ellis (Brennan), 58, of Basehor, Kansas went to be with the Lord on January 16, 2020 after a courageous, year-long battle with brain cancer. Paula was the fifth born child to Bertha Warner and Phillip Brennan. After being raised in the Rosedale area in Kansas and starting her own family there, she settled with her husband and daughters in Basehor, Kansas in 1992. This is where she remained dedicated to raising her girls and spending time with her family. She used her many creative talents to bring joy to others, often putting unique touches on the special days of those she loved. She had a heart of service and was always helping those in need however she could. Paula absolutely adored, admired, and spoiled her grandkids whom she loved fiercely. Paula is profoundly missed - now, forever and always.
She leaves behind husband Kevin, daughter Kacie (Eric), daughter Samantha Holland (Robert), six grandchildren, sister Patricia Lewis, brother Jeff Brennan (Karen), dear friend Julie Scott (John), father Phillip Brennan, mother- and father-in-law Colleen and Jack Ellis, sister-in-law Leigh Powers (Jim), and brother-in-law Jeff Ellis, along with three nieces, five nephews, six great-nieces, and six great-nephews. She is reunited in heaven with her mother Bertha Jeanne Warner, brother Philip M. “Mike” Brennan, brother Timothy Francis Brennan, Sister-in-law Janet C. Brennan, and brother-in-law Keith Lynn Ellis.
