Patricia Lynn Cothran, 66, of Shawnee, KS passed away Saturday, July 9, 2022 at her home surrounded by her family. Patty was born March 12, 1956 in Kansas City, KS. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She had a kind and generous spirit and was known as a softball mom to countless young women. But most importantly she was the most dedicated cheerleader of her children and grandchildren in everything they pursued.
Friends may call at the Visitation on Monday, July 18 from 5 to 7 p.m.,with Rosary at 7 p.m.,at the Alden-Harrington Funeral Home in Bonner Springs, KS.Funeral Memorial Mass Services will be at11 a.m., Tuesday, July 19, at the Holy Name Catholic Church in Kansas City, KS with burial to follow in the Lenexa Cemetery.
Patty was preceded in death by her parents Arthur and Margaret Lindberg and her husband of 36 years, Justin W. Cothran in 2012. She is survived by her four daughters; Courtney Weis and her husband Greg, Shannon Blankenship and her husband Carl, Nikki Brown and her husband Jeremy and Katie Johnson and her husband Hunter, eight grandchildren; Matthew, Melissa, Hannah, Brett, Cooper, Jacob, Easton and Milo, four brothers; Butch Lindberg, Mark Lindberg, Andy Lindberg, and David Lindberg and three sisters; Susan Hoffmann, Joan Williams and Debby Boyle.
