Michelle Ann Foster, 49, of Kansas City, Kansas passed away on Oct. 10, 2020. Her family will be planning a celebration of her life at a later date.
Michelle was born on May 16, 1971 in Kansas City, Kansas. She grew up and attended schools in the Turner area of Kansas City, Kansas. Michelle had lived in Wyoming, Nevada and Oregon, until recently returning to Kansas City, Kansas to be near her family. She was preceded in death by her father Michael S. Foster and mother Edna M. Kilpatrick. Survivors include her five children: Richard Lee White, III, Caleb M. White, of Hamilton, MO., Mikayla Marie White of Hamilton, MO., Preston N. White of Hamilton, MO., Jenna Smith of Topeka, KS., four siblings: Angelia Burt (John) of Kansas City, MO., Darrell Wayne Whisenant, Jr. (Natasha), Lucas R. Whisenant and Sarah Sellers (Blake) all of Kansas City, Kansas. As well as other extended family and friends.
