Obituary for Martin Leroy Clouse
Martin Clouse, 76, of Edwardsville, Kan., passed away peacefully, July 28, 2020 at his home. Graveside Funeral Service will be 11am, Thursday, July 30th, at the Bonner Springs Cemetery.
Martin Leroy Clouse was born on July 6, 1944 in Independence, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his wife Peggy Taylor Clouse, mother Lorraine Hilton Clouse and one brother Larry Clouse. Survivors include his son Michael Clouse and wife Dawn, daughter Marcie Hammett and husband Jeremy, four grandchildren: Austin, Logan, Shelby and Macy, as well as his special friend Maye Beard. He is also survived by his siblings: Bill Clouse of Elkins, Arkansas, Loretta DeMotte of Fayetteville, Arkansas, and Beverly Baker of Branson, Missouri. Martin had worked as a Welder at Midwest Conveyor in Kansas City, and also had a small engine repair business he ran out of his home. Martin took pride in mentoring many of Mike’s and Marcie’s friends. “We will miss his laughter, humor and singing.”
