Her Mother having no alternative placed her in the Gillis Home in Kansas City, Mo. Margaret lived there until she was twelve when her Mother remarried. Taking Margaret they left Kansas City by train and lived the next years in Rapid City, South Dakota. Her Mother married A.J. Weber. While in South Dakota Margaret was joined by a baby sister Mickey Weber. The family eventually moved to Oregon for an opportunity for better employment. Margaret stayed in Oregon a couple of years and then moved back to Kansas City where she met and married Alfred Dziadura. He passed away in 1988.
