Marcia Elnora "Mar" Isley
August 16th,1935 – October 1st, 2019
The woman who knew the first two lines of every song, passed away peacefully at home.
Marcia was born in Kansas City to Joseph & Lillian McHale
the oldest of 4 children, and had studied art at the
Kansas City Art Institute.
Mother of three children; Lisa, Christopher, Dominic.
Marcia was lucky in life to be able to live in many places
around the country with her family, she finally settled in Bonner Springs where she was surrounded by nature. Watching spring storms was her favorite, she also was an avid reader with Stephen King being her favorite, her
other enjoyments included; creating art, cooking and gardening.
She is joining her husband of 63 years David "Doc" Isley
(d.dec,13,2018) at the Leavenworth National Cemetery.
She leaves behind her three children, six granddaughters
and two great-grandchildren.
