Linda Anne (Tumilson) Gray, age 66, of Basehor, Kansas and previously of Kansas City, KS., went home to be with the Lord on Friday, Nov. 16th, 2018. Visitation will be from 6-7pm, Funeral Service at 7pm, both Tuesday, Nov. 20th at the Alden-Harrington Funeral Home. Burial will follow at a later date in the Highland Park Cemetery in Kansas City, KS. Memorial contributions can be made to the Leavenworth Animal Welfare Society.

Linda was born on February 15th, 1952 in Hopewell, Virginia and was the eldest of three daughters born to Thomas & Shirley (Cottey) Tumilson. She grew up in Kansas City, Kansas and graduated in 1970 from Wyandotte High School, where she played the Cello in the Orchestra. Linda had a 40 year career at the Hartford Insurance Company in Overland Park, Kansas, the majority of that time she worked with her mother. Linda was very proud of her children and grandchildren, she loved spending time with them and attending their events. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her three children; Lisa Pembleton and husband Todd of Gardner, KS., Michele Kuebelbeck and husband David of Shawnee, KS., and Ronnie Gray, Jr., of Basehor, KS., five grandchildren; Tyler Samyn, Riley Pembleton, Emma Pembleton, Aaron Kuebelbeck, and Allison Kuebelbeck, two sisters; Kathryn Tumilson of Basehor, KS., Sharlene Uzelac and husband Ron of Kansas City, KS., two nieces; Danielle Uzelac of Independence, MO and Amanda Shadfar and husband Shane and daughter Amaya of Overland Park, KS., step-brother Lance Bryan and wife Lorinda of Lee’s Summit, MO., step-mother Kathy Tumilson-Hayward of Kansas City, MO., a beloved cousin JoAnn Dorsey of Liberty, MO., and a grand-dog and her “snuggle buddy” Dexter. She will also be forever remembered by her numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
