Laurel Elizabeth O'Brien, 53 of Kansas City, MO passed away on Friday, Jan. 27, 2023 at her home. Laurel was born November 10th, 1969 in Fort Worth, TX. She was preceded in death by her mother Betty Lou Gray and Daughter Heather O'Brien both of Houston. Laurel worked in the restaurant industry until heart issues forced her to quit. Laurel is survived by her husband Kevin Payne of Kansas City, MO previously of Bonner Springs and Edwardsville for 14 years. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
