JULIA L. SALTZ
Julia Lee Saltz, 66, formerly of Eugene, Oregon passed away on Wed., Oct. 28th, 2020 at home. Her ashes will be spread at the Oregon coast at a later date. Julia was born on May 25th, 1954 in Chicago, Il. She was a homemaker and folk artist. Her children were her greatest love and joy. Her home in Eugene was a work of art, decorated with hand-made quilts and chalkware. There was no place as magical as Julie Saltz's house at Christmastime. She loved the Oregon ducks, the Oregon coast and all things beautiful. She was preceded in death by her father James Collins, mother Gloria Collins and sisters Peg Collins and Jeannie Juvancic. Survivors include son Zach Saltz, daughter-in-law Samantha Saltz, daughter Molly Saltz, Sister Sue Collins, brothers James Collins, Patrick Collins and his wife Elaine, and Terry Collins. Five nieces and four nephews.
