Joseph Cery Fannin, ( better known as J.C.) 73, of Columbia, Ky. died Monday, September 28, 2020 at his residence. He was born August 7, 1947 in Montgomery, Alabama to the late Raymond & Frances Rollings Fannin.
He was a Master Plumber and a Veteran of US Marine Corp. Survived by his wife, Jean Avis Lee, 2 sons, 1 daughter and 5 grandchildren Funeral service for Joseph Cery Fannin will be 1 PM. Friday, October 2, 2020 at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation 12 Noon Friday until funeral time at 1 PM. With burial to follow in the Bonner Springs Cemetery in Bonner Springs, KS
