Jerry Perez born May 16th,1953 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska passed away at the age of 68 on August 9, 2021, in Kansas. Jerry was a resident of Olathe, KS for 25yrs after growing up and residing in Sacramento, California. He was a Sprint employee for over 20 years achieving many awards and certifications.

Jerry was preceded by his mother Dorothy White Perez, his father Benjamin Perez, and brother Raymond Perez and many other loving family members.

He is survived by a sister Mary Larrabee and brother Larry Perez; children Monica Perez Fuentes, Jennifer Perez Rooney, and Thomas Perez. Nine 9 grandchildren and 1 great grand child.
