Jake was an amazing friend to me. He was always there when you needed a helping hand. He was caring and passionate about the people he had in his life and showed it in many ways. He brought a sence of worth and happiness in my life and I do not know where I would be without knowing him. He is an amazing soul and I love him dearly.
