Obituary for Glenda Gay "G.G." Burdolski (Gleason)

GLENDA G. BURDOLSKI
Glenda Gay "G.G." Burdolski, 57 of Edwardsville, KS passed away on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at KU Medical Center in Kansas City, KS. The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 PM, Sunday, January 29 at the Alden-Harrington Funeral Home in Bonner Springs, KS where the rosary service will be at 3 PM, Sunday. The Funeral Mass Service will be at 10:30 AM, Monday, January 30 at Saint Patrick’s Catholic Church in Kansas City, KS, burial will follow at the Frankfort City Cemetery in Frankfort, KS at 1 PM on Tuesday, January 31.

The family suggests memorial contributions to the funeral home in her name to be designated later.

Glenda was born July 12, 1965 in Seneca, KS and attended Frankfort schools graduating in 1983. She later attended Emporia State University and in 1987 received a Bachelors in Accounting. She then moved to Kansas City and began working for MW Builders, a part of MMC Corporation, where she worked for 35 years as an Accountant in accounting and payroll. She married Tom Burdolski on October 17, 1992 and together they lived in Edwardsville Kansas. Glenda was known for her infectious laugh, quick wit and kind loving heart. Her family was very important to her, and she particularly enjoyed family gatherings with the Burdolski‘s and the Gleason’s.

She is survived by her husband of 30 years Tommy Burdolski of the home; two sons Adam Thomas Burdolski of Frankfort, KS and Zachary Ray Burdolski of Edwardsville, KS; her parents Steve and Nancy Gleason of Frankfort, KS; three sisters Stephanie Huninghake and her husband Don of Frankfort, KS, Laura Roeder and her husband Dan of Frankfort, KS and Sarah Cook and her husband Michael of Topeka, KS. She was known as the fun aunt and had many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews as well as many in-laws that will all miss her greatly, she will especially be missed by her two little dogs, Buster, and Rex.
