Obituary for Frances Genevieve Justice (Jones)

FRANCES G. "JENNY" JUSTICE
Frances G. "Jenny" Justice, 87, of Tonganoxie, KS passed away on Monday, February 17, 2020 at the Medical Lodge of Gardner. Visitation will be from 10 am to Noon on Fri., Feb. 21, at the Alden-Harrington Funeral Home in Bonner Springs, KS and her Graveside Funeral service will be at 12:30 pm, on Fri., Feb. 21 at the Glenwood Cemetery near Basehor, KS.
"Jenny" was born Aug. 29, 1932 in Parkville, MO, the daughter of Jesse N. and Edna M. (Linder) Jones. She was united in marriage to Charles N. Justice on Sept. 12, 1962, he preceded her in death on Jan. 9, 2003, to this union 3 children were born. Also preceding her in death were her parents, mother in 1969 and father in 1978, an infant granddaughter in 1990, and an infant great grandson in 1995.
"Jenny" grew up a farm girl, graduating Parkville High School in 1951, she was a former Dental Assistant and receptionist, first in private practice, then with the Leavenworth V. A. and again later in private practice, then retiring as a Custodian in 2003. She was a member of the Victory Baptist Church in Tonganoxie, KS. She enjoyed gardening, genealogy research and doing for her family.
Survivors include 3 children a son Mark and his wife Natalie Justice of Lansing, KS; a daughter Edna Justice of Tonganoxie, KS and a son Stephen and his wife Debbie of Gardner, KS. A sister Cleo "Jackie" Cline and her husband Jim of Weston, MO 4 grandchildren Amanda Sewell, Amber Justice, Kenneth "Buddy" Russell IV and Kevin Justice and one great grandson Thomas Sewell as well as a host nieces, nephews other family and friends.
The family suggests memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Foundation, Memphis TN or to the Shriner's Foundation Burn Unit for Children in Texas both in care of the Alden-Harrington Funeral Home in Bonner Springs, KS.
