Obituary for E. Irene Stoneking Dingey Malone

E. Irene Stoneking Dingey Malone, 79, of Bonner Springs, KS passed away on Saturday, December 17, 2022 at The Piper Assisted Living in Kansas City, KS. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 AM Wednesday and the Funeral Services will be at 11 AM Wednesday, December 21, both at the Alden-Harrington Funeral Home in Bonner Springs, KS with burial to follow in the Bonner Springs Cemetery. The family suggests memorial contributions to the Alzheimer’s Association in care of the funeral home. Irene was born on January 15, 1943 in Tonganoxie, KS and was raised in Bonner Springs graduating from Bonner Springs High School in 1961. Over the years she spent the bulk of her career working at Lonestar Cement Manufacturing Plant in Bonner Springs through the 1970s and later she moved into the Insurance Industry working for Kaiser Permanente retiring in the 1990s. Irene had been a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and was also a member of the Bonner Springs United Methodist Church. More than anything she enjoyed trips to Branson with family and friends and loved going to see Tony Orlando live on many occasions. Irene was preceded in death by her parents, Theo and Viola Stoneking and her brother Clayton Stoneking. And she is survived by her daughter Danielle Costanza, her grandson Vincent Constanza, both of Gladstone, MO. One brother Bob Stoneking of Bonner Springs, KS as well as many nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.
