DOLORES E. ARNOLD
Dolores Eileen (Moreland) Arnold, 89, formerly of Kansas City, KS passed away Oct. 6, 2018 at the Groves Nursing Home in Independence, MO with her family at her side. Dolores was born on March 16, 1929 in Kansas City, KS to Oliver Dodson Sr. and Anna (Kersting) Dodson. She was a devout Catholic and was devoted to her Husbands and family. She graduated from the former Loretto Academy in 1947 in Kansas City, MO. In addition to caring for her family, she held several secretarial positions throughout her career. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husbands Thomas Moreland and Lonnie Arnold, her daughter Rose Marie Moreland, two sisters Katherine Thatcher and Mary Burton and a brother Oliver Dodson, Jr. She is survived by her five children Jan Pieper (Vern), Elizabeth Teel (Mark), Michelle Ohlson (Rick), Thomas Moreland (Joni) and Joseph Moreland (Cheri). One sister Patricia Musil (Jerry). 15 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter.
