Obituary for Dean Edward Miller

DEAN E. MILLER
Dean Edward Miller, 75, of Kansas City, KS passed away on Wed., Oct. 10, 2018 at Shawnee Mission Medical Center. Visitation will be from 10 to 12 Noon and the Funeral will be at 12 Noon both on Mon., Oct. 15, at the Alden-Harrington Funeral Home in Bonner Springs, KS. With burial to follow in the Glenwood Cemetery near Basehor, KS. Dean was born Oct 26, 1942 in Loring, KS and was a lifelong area resident. He graduated from Bonner Springs High School in 1961 and then served in the U.S. Airforce for Four years. Through the years he worked as a car Mechanic for several auto repair shops. He liked to fish with family and friends and enjoyed woodworking in his spare time. He is survived by his wife of 55 years Rebecca Miller of the home. Three sons Edward Miller and his wife Persilla of Joplin, MO; Richard Miller and his wife Kelly of Kansas City, KS and Charles Miller and his wife Masha of Gardner, KS. One sister Elsie Burke of Fremont, NE and one brother David Lee Miller of Bartlesville, OK. Five grandchildren Caleb, Carsen, Misty, Megan and Cossack and one on the way.
