DAVID PAUL JANECZKO
David Paul Janeczko, 70, of Basehor, KS, passed away on Friday, October 14, 2022, at Providence Medical Center in Kansas City, KS. Friends may call at the Visitation from 11 to 1 PM on Thursday, and the Funeral Services will be at 1 PM Thursday, both October 20, 2022, at the Alden-Harrington Funeral Home in Bonner Springs, KS. The family suggests memorial contributions to the Leavenworth County 4H. David was born on December 28, 1951, in Kansas City, KS, and was a long-time area resident. He was proud to be a stone mason his entire working life. Most of all, he loved watching his kids and grandchildren and being involved in all of their activities. He especially loved celebrating the Fourth of July, taking the grandchildren to get fireworks and setting them off together. David was an avid Chiefs fan. David is survived by his wife of 44 years, Phyllis Janeczko, of the home; three children, Sara Janeczko of Grimes, IA; Chad Janeczko and his wife Tish of Olathe, KS and Angela Janeczko of Grain Valley, MO. One brother Frank Janeczko of Quincy, MO; one sister Sandra Hurla of Lenexa, KS; and three grandchildren, Austin, Cayden, and Karlie.
