Darcy Jean Davis, age 68, of Wellsville, Kansas passed away on Thursday, March 16, 2023. Visitation will be 10-11 am with the Funeral Service beginning at 11 am, both Friday, March 24th at the Alden-Harrington Funeral Home in Bonner Springs. Burial will follow in the De Soto Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Elm Grove Baptist Church of Bonner Springs.

Darcy Jean Davis was born in Parsons, KS January 3, 1955. She was raised in De Soto, KS, and was a 1973 graduate of De Soto High School. Darcy worked at Sprint North Supply in Gardner for many years and was a long-time member of the Elm Grove Baptist Church of Bonner Springs. Darcy enjoyed sewing and crocheting, old movies, and reading. She especially loved playing cards and board games with the kids.

Darcy was preceded in death by her mother Mary Elizabeth Buie, father Wayne Davis, and infant twin sisters.
She is survived by her brother Chuck Davis and wife Pam of De Soto, sister Tammy Davis and Jeff Himes of Lawrence, brother G.A. Buie and wife Cinnemon of Gardner. Darcy is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews, 14 great-nieces and nephews all of whom she loved spending time with at holidays and family gatherings.
