CARLA S. CLINE
Carla Sue Cline, 66, of Bonner Springs, KS passed away on Friday, April 7, 2023 at Delmar Gardens of Lenexa after an extended battle with cancer. Visitation will be from 5 to 6 PM and Memorial Services will be at 6 PM, Friday, April 21 both at the Alden-Harrington Funeral Home in Bonner Springs, KS.
Carla was born on April 10, 1956 in Kansas City, KS and was a long time area resident. Carla was married to her husband Donnie for 37 years and they had three children together. Carla worked in the cafeteria at Bonner Springs High School as Head Baker for many years before retiring 11 years ago to spend more time with her grandkids. Carla loved fishing at Perry Lake with her husband and kids. She loved visiting with the family at the Lake of the Ozarks for family reunions.
Carla was preceded in death by her mother and father Sandra and David Burns, her mother and father-in-law Patty and Jim Cline, her sister-in-law, Marsha Kienzle, and one son Chris Cline.
Carla is survived by her husband Donnie Cline of the home, their two daughters DeDe Adams and husband Jeff and their four children Savannah, Abby, Lucas and EmmaLee; Annette Cline and her two children Jordan and Mya; two step children and their children. Three sisters, one brother, four brother-in-law‘s and four sister-in-law’s as well as many nieces and nephews, who will all miss her greatly.
