Obituary for Caleb Michael Huggins

Caleb Michael Huggins, age 40, of Piper, Kansas went home to be with the lord on Sunday, March 14, 2021. A Celebration of his life will be 10:30am, Saturday, April 10th, at the Liberty Baptist Church, 13101 Parallel Pkwy, Kansas City, KS. 66109
Caleb was born on September 3rd, 1980 in Merriam, Kansas and he was the oldest of three sons born to Bill & Hope Huggins. He was raised in the Piper area and graduated from Piper High School in the Class of 1999. Caleb enjoyed fishing and cooking, so much so that he even worked as a Chef at Bass Pro Shops. He was also an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan and was a member of the Liberty Baptist Church. Most of all, Caleb loved being “Dad” to his daughter Addyson, he simply adored her and she was the light of his life.
Caleb was preceded in death by his father William “Bill” Huggins, Jr., maternal grandparents Cecil & Joyce Berry and paternal grandparents William & Betty Huggins.
Survivors include his daughter Addyson Huggins, his mother Hope Huggins of Kansas City, KS., two brothers: Nathan Huggins of Kansas City, KS., and Ryan Huggins and his wife Anya of Fort Myers, FL., niece Elyssa Huggins, as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.
