Annette M. Landauer, age 63, of Merriam, Kansas passed away on Friday, December 10th, 2021 in her

Annette was born on November 10th 1958 in Alamogordo, New Mexico and attended Basehor-Linwood
High School, graduating in 1976. She got a Bachelors Degree at Southwest Missouri State University in
Springfield, Missouri. She married Barry Landauer in 1985. For the duration of her working life, she did
office administration and clerical work and after her daughter Rachel was born, she became a stay at
home mom and homemaker. She had a love of the outdoors and gardening, especially flowers, among
other interests but most of all she had a love for her family, kids and grandchildren. She always made
holidays full of love for everyone and had a knack for making her house a home. She made anyone feel
welcome and loved. She was known for her cheesy sense of humor, understanding and unconditional
love and support. Annette is preceded in death by her father, Donald Wiley, mother, Elizabeth Wiley
and husband, Barry Landauer. She is survived by her brothers, Don, Doug and Dan, sister, Allison, her son
Ryan Landauer and his wife Loli, daughter Rachel Landauer, and grandchildren Scarlett, Lilianna and
Elliot.
