ALLENE M. DRENNON
Allene Mae Lynn Drennon, 87, of Bonner Springs, KS passed away on Wed., Nov. 28, 2018 at the Olathe Hospice House. The family will receive friends at the Visitation from 1 to 2 pm, and the Memorial Service will be at 2 pm, both on Sat., Dec. 1, at the Edwardsville United Methodist Church in Edwardsville, KS with burial to follow at a later date in Edwardsville Cemetery. Allene was born on Nov. 4, 1931 in Gardner, KS to Oliver and Edith Lynn. She was a life long area resident and married R. Kenneth Drennon on July 15, 1950. She was the Edwardsville Elementary School Secretary for 38 years and a member of the Edwardsville United Methodist Church for 68 years. She was preceded in death by her husband R. Kenneth Drennon in 1989 and her parents and three brothers Bud Lynn, Ed Lynn and Louie Clark. She is survived by one daughter Linda Drennon Crane and her husband Gary and one son Dick Drennon and his wife Debbie. Four grandchildren Michael Drennon, Heather Drennon Dixon, Tiffani Crane Bell and Jake Crane. Ten great grandchildren Kailey, Katelyn, Sam, Tucker, Carson, Madelynn, Kinsey, Rylynn, Weston and Cullen. Two sisters-in-law Carolyn Lynn and Judy Lynn, As well as a host of wonderful neices, nephews, cousins other family and friends that will all miss her greatly
