Obituary for Francis Bryan "Frank" Barnett

Francis Bryan "Frank"  Barnett
Frank B. Barnett, age 80, of Bonner Springs, KS., passed away on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at his home. Visitation will be 6 to 7pm, Funeral Service at 7pm, both Friday, Feb. 2nd, at the Alden-Harrington Funeral Home. Private burial will be at a later date.

Francis Bryan Barnett was born May 18th, 1937 in Brumley, Missouri. Frank, as we all knew him, was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was an active member of Sheet Metal Local #2 for 41 years. Frank served as Apprentice Coordinator and retired as Business Manager of Local #2 in 2000. He loved the outdoors, hunting and tinkering with new hobbies. He touched many lives in his years with the sheet metal trade. Frank is preceded in death by his grandson, Brian Farris, and his parents, J.C. & Pauline Barnett. He is survived by his wife, Coni, daughters, Stacey Smyly and Kim Harris and his son Don Barnett as well as 3 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. His quick wit and ready smile will be missed by all.

His family will have a Celebration of Frank's Life at the Sheet Metal Local #2 Union Hall on March 3rd, 2-5 pm.
