Condolence: Sending our condolendences to Mr. Morgan's family. My family and I are members of the Sacred Heart Church, and we were saddened to hear of his passing at Mass last weekend. We have sat by Mr. Morgan for a couple of years in church and starting talking after Mass one day. He asked if we were from the area, and my husband and I told him we were from Clifton and Blaine, and he told us he was from Hanover and that his brother had been a priest in Clifton. I asked my family if they remembered Father Morgan, and my sister said he was the priest that performed her ceremony in 1974. So after telling Mr. Morgan this, we all made a point to chat a little after Mass, and he always laughed and commented about our girls (who were usually picking on each other during Mass!) We love meeting people with small town connections, and are greatful that Mr. Morgan was one of those people! Although we didn't know him well, we will miss seeing him at Mass. Condolence: My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. I so wish I could be there to pay my respects & to provide any support I could. As I told Sandy & Steph, he was crazy about you kids & there was nothing he would not do for any of you. I'll never forget when I was looking at the house next door & Steve was sitting on his step smoking a cigarette. As I drove past he said something which I didn't hear so I backed up & rolled down my window. He said, "buy the house, you seem like a pretty nice lady". As u know I bought the house & for 11 yrs we were great neighbors & friends. Plz let me know if there is anything I can do. I love you all very much.
