Kathy was one of the strongest people I have ever known in her 17-year battle with cancer. While knowing she would never be cured, she was able to live every day to the fullest with a positive attitude, encouraging others to do the same and not dwell on the challenges facing her. She also maintained through the very end her strong love of family and her incredible faith in God. I was blessed---and proud---to be her husband for over 30 years, a period that went far too quickly. Love you always Kathy, Curt
